Welcome to Myriad 2010!

Hello, El Camino! This year you have contributed over 200 submissions for us to look over. Give yourselves a high five if you submitted. If not, you should be ashamed. We have already finished looking through every single image, poem, and short story you had to offer, and we have chosen the entries that will be published in Myriad. Letters will be sent to submitters regarding their acceptance status by the end of May, so make sure to check your e-mails. You can also view the list of accepted works here.

We are currently working out the technical aspects of Myriad's design in conjunction with the art department. We are also preparing for the Myriad Reading in which our accepted writers will read their chosen entries in front of an El Camino audience, on a voluntary basis. The reading will take place on June 3rd, 1:00PM to 2:00PM at the Distance Education classroom. We encourage people to show up and receive the first copies of Myriad 2010. This is history in the making. Really.

EDIT(Jun 03, 2010): Issue 2010 of Myriad will soon be available online in pdf format, but due to the web editor being busy with finals the 2010 page with the original artwork will not be available until June 12th at the latest. Do check in at the semester's end to see the artwork in full resolution!
